Recipe For Delicious and Easy Chocolate Modak

Ganesh Chaturthi is coming on  13th of august and we all know that the most important thing that is made is modak a indian sweet dish but today Let’s make it in a different way , So we gonna make a Chocolate modak –


  • 1 Cup Khoya
  • 0.3 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoon Granular Sugar
  • 0.13 Teaspoon Green Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Clarified butter ( Ghee ) (For greasing)
  • Pistachio Nuts (To Garnish)
  • Rose Petals (To Garnish)

Take modak shape and oil with elucidated margarine (ghee) and keep it prepared.

Stage 1

Dry meal khoya (mawa), till it liquefies. When it begins liquefying, include sugar and mix persistently.

Stage 2

Blend chocolate chips and cook over low fire, till chocolate begins dissolving and consistency thickens.

Stage 3

Blend cardamom powder and mix over stewed fire, till blend begins leaving the edge.

Stage 4

Turn off the fire and keep aside the blend in a bowl.

Stage 5

Stage 6

Demould the modak and place on lubed plate and serve including flower petal and pistachio.
